QNo.4018731 マイクを使うと突然電源が落ちます
質問者：leap-yama PCにマイクを付けても付けなくてもサウンドレコーダーで録音ボタンを押したときやyahooメッセンジャーでコールセットアップアシスタントの設定に入った瞬間に突然電源が落ちて再起動してしまいます。OSはXPproです。

ANo.1 サウンドドライバに問題があるのではないでしょうか。
システムエラー時に再起動しない様にしてエラー内容を確認して下さい

この回答への補足再起動しないように設定した後に試したら、今度はブルーバックの画面になり以下のようなメッセージがでました。

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damacieto your computer. y~

check to make sure any new hardware or software 1s properly Installed,if this 1s a new Installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.

if problems continue, disable or remove any newly Installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing,if you need to use safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced startup options, and then select safe Mode.
